We collect what you choose to give us, plus basic technical data about how the site is used.

• Information you send us. Your name, phone number, email address, business name and address, and the details you give about your trucking operation, drivers, vehicles and cargo, plus anything you include in an email, call or form.
• USDOT lookups. If you enter a USDOT number, we look up that carrier in FMCSA's public Company Census File (legal name, address, power units, drivers, hazmat flag and authority dates) and keep it with your request.
• Technical information. Standard website data such as your browser, device, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics.

• To answer your questions and prepare quotes.
• To contact you about the request you made.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to insurance agencies.

Please don’t send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or payment card details through the website, by ordinary email or in a form.

We share information with insurers, managing general agents, wholesale brokers and other service providers only as needed to quote, place and service the coverage you ask about, and with our website, CRM and communications providers who work on our behalf. We may also share information when the law requires it. We don’t sell your personal information.
